1. If the option is executed within the first 6 months: 100% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial payment.

2. If the option is executed between 7 and 9: 70% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial payment.

3. If the option is executed between month 10 and month 12: 50% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial payment.
